Mindfullness with Dolly

Many People say they cannot meditate.

 So I have brought you some short Video's of Dolly

 to help you relax and B.R.E.A.T.H.


Being present for just a few minutes helps us slow down.

We slow our breathing and our pulse.

Our heart rate settles and the stress hormones we are creating start to disippate.


When I recorded these video's I never dreamt they would bring peace to people all these years later.

I appologise for the bad filming, but hope it brings the reality to the fore.

I am dso grateful I have these video's to share with you.

These are the times I miss the most.

A two minute video to calm the nerves.

Watching Dolly graze always relaxed me and brought me back into "the moment".


For an even deeper relaxation

 I loved to watch Dolly resting.

Just a short video of Dolly resting as I sat in her stable.

I nodded off in the middle but I left it in.
